Which artists’ work do you especially admire? What do you appreciate about their work?
“Edward jean Steichen” I adore his work style and this motivates me to the core. I like his approach towards fashion photography:
“Beautiful people with clear and cut beauty dominated the scene in 70s and 80s and today we are all working under those parameters”
I believe we can break that wall and create something authentic. I am working on the same thing.
What do people not realize about fashion photography?
Fashion Photography is more about showcasing lifestyle or the feel of life that can motivate others to change or to accept the new fashion.
I strongly believe that visual art is a strong medium to bring a change and this fashion photography did lot in 80s where so many artists and models struggled but now we have that freedom to create and publish our thoughts. Fashion can be shot with any concept but it should be worthwhile to bring a change, it doesn’t matter how big or small is the change.
What’s the best project that you’ve seen on the website?
Vaigai – Moghamul
Now that you’re getting a firm foothold in the creative world, what would you like to say to ‘all the haters’?
Hehe…. I don’t hate any one, because I know this hatred is nothing but a self-destroyer. So please don’t waste your time hating, utilize it in creating.
