Vikram Phadnis on Fashion Designing

Presenting our second guest at Design Dialogue, one of India’s best fashion designers and an inspiration to all those who want to make it big in the fashion industry, Vikram Phadnis!

Vikram Phadnis started his career without any formal training as a fashion choreographer in college before finding his calling as a fashion designer and today his creations adorn the wardrobes of some of the biggest names in the glamour industry. Vikram has his own label, Krasaa which retails from Mumbai, Delhi and Hyderabad. The label stocks Indian and Western wear for both men and women.

Through his uniqueness and versatility, Vikram is truly a fashion designer of the masses achieving  the synthesis of popular and avant-garde preferences. He has reached the pinnacle of success both in the fashion as well as the film industry and is one of the few who has had the chance to work with the biggest names in their hallowed echelons.

Some of the celebrities who have adorned his creations are Salman Khan, Amitabh Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai, Kareena Kapoor, John Abraham, Katrina Kaif, Priyanka Chopra,Vidya Balan, Sushmita Sen, Sonakshi Sinha, Akshay Kumar ,Bipasha Basu, Juhi Chawla, Anil Kapoor, Malaika Arora Khan, Amrita Arora, Karishma Kapoor and Asin.
