IndieFolio Network and Istituto Marangoni teamed up for another edition of DesignDare. The aim of this contest is to find young fashionistas, stylists, enthusiasts and promote creativity. Many aspiring artists and wonderful designs are discovered during this journey of DesignDare every year.
The winner gets an exclusive chance to study at Istituto Marangoni, Milan. Other prizes include various scholarships at Istituto Marangoni, Mumbai, an iPad and Amazon vouchers.
About Istituto Marangoni-
Istituto Marangoni is an elite school of fashion and styling, founded at Milan in 1935 by then tailor Giulio Marangoni. It is based in Milan and has branches in Florence, London, Paris, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Mumbai, and Miami.
The creators of Moschino, Dolce & Gabbana, the art director of Ermenegildo, Alessandro Sartori, and Rahul Mishra are alumni of Marangoni.
The institute partners with IndieFolio Network and holds the DesignDare contest for design enthusiasts all over India every year.
This year over 80 artists participated and over 100 entries were submitted. After careful consideration from the jury, the winners were selected.
Announcing Winners-
Muskaan Vaish bagged the grand prize and has been granted a 100 % scholarship for a short course at the Istituto Marangoni in Milan Campus.
The scholarships for an Undergraduate Course at the Istituto Marangoni, Mumbai were awarded to Vaishnavi Ram, Aanya Singh, Sanskriti Gupta, Vanshika Sonigra, Hindvi G and Saraswati Singh.
Ameya Chabbra and Imaad Patel won Apple iPads and Amazon Gift Vouchers were awarded to Rupali Kamdar, Niti Singhal, Ronald Augustine, Maddie Yeon, Urja D, Sneha Deshpande, Anushka Jain, Marisha Sanghvi, Anvita Gupta, Chetali Hansora and Teena Antony.
